AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by April 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number Doc4739821033 dated 2025-11-03 with a closing of 2026-02-23 at 2:00 pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Only those offerors that attended the mandatory site visit for solicitation Doc4739821033 are invited to bid on Solicitation B. The Contractor must supply all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation required to accomplish the janitorial cleaning services for Department of National Defence Edmonton to the satisfaction of the Technical Authority, for the Term of Contract 2026-08-01 to 2029-07-31 inclusive.
