Description
National Master Standing Offers (NMSO) for Diesel Fuel, Automotive Gasoline, and Heating Fuel Oil in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as applicable. Delivery to various locations in Canada on an as-and-when-requested basis from September 1, 2025 up to and including August 31, 2027 This procurement is subject to the Inuvialuit Final Agreement, Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement, Tlicho Land Claims Agrement Umbrella Final Agreement, First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun Final Agreement, Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in Final Agreement, Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement, Teslin Tlingit Council, Champagne and Aishihik First Nations, Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation, Selkirk First Nation, Ta'an Kwach'an Council, Kwanlin Dun First Nation, Carcross/Tagish First Nation, Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement.(requirements are included in Appendix F). The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Debriefings will be available upon request.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/09/01.
