E60HL-250020/E DIESEL FUEL, AUTOMOTIVE GASOLINE, AND HEATING FUEL This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes for the requirements indicated, previous RFSO number E60HL-250020/A dated April 15, 2025 with a closing of June 20, 2025, E60HL-250020/B dated July 28, 2025 with a closing of August 20, 2025, E60HL-250020/C dated September 25, 2025 with a closing of October 24,2025, and E60HL-250020/ dated December 9, 2025 with a closing of January 9, 2026. National Master Standing Offers (NMSO) for Diesel Fuel, Automotive Gasoline, and Heating Fuel Oil in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as applicable. Delivery to various locations in Canada on an as-and-when-requested basis from February 10, 2026 up to and including August 31, 2027. This procurement is subject to the Inuvialuit Final Agreement, Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement, and Tlicho Land Claims Agreement(requirements are included in Appendix A). The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Debriefings will be available upon request.

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/09/01.
