    Description
    All required supporting documentation and offer submission must be submitted by August 06, 2025 at 2PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2PM EDT will result in the offer being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offeror to provide the Canadian Space Agency meeting and event space, guest accommodations, catering services and secure parking in support of its participation in the Artemis II mission launch in Cape Canaveral, Florida. These services must be available for three potential launch windows in early 2026, with flexibility to adjust dates without penalty. The venue must be located within a 17 mile driving distance of the Kennedy Space Center and meet the standards outlined in the Statement of Requirement.
