Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), has a requirement for the construction of a new facility “Canada Revenue Agency Accommodation Facility”, or also known as ‘CRAAF’ in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. Delivery date: 30 months after award of contract. Bid Security will be a requirement for this tender during Phase Two. The estimated value for this opportunity is in the range of $50,000,001 to $200,000,000.
