Description
This is the Phase 2 solicitation following an Invitation to Qualify. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), has a requirement for the construction of a new facility “Canada Revenue Agency Accommodation Facility”, or also known as ‘CRAAF’ in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. This procurement contains a security requirement. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Delivery date: 36 months after award of contract. Bid Security is required. The estimated value for this opportunity is in the range of $50,000,001 to $200,000,000. This procurement incorporates provisions of the Policy on Prioritizing Canadian Suppliers and Canadian Content in Strategic Federal Procurement and the Canadian Material Policy, both of which came into effect on December 16, 2025, and includes clauses that prioritize Canadian Suppliers, Canadian Value‑Added, and Canadian Material in accordance with these policies. This includes eligibility provisions, evaluation methodology, and related compliance obligations.
