NOTICE: This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes the previous solicitation of offers number Doc5557430174 dated 12/2/2026 with a closing of 5/3/2026 at 2:00 p.m.. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to offerors who submitted an offer on the previous solicitation. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2026-05-25 at 2 p.m. EST. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
