Property Management Service for 10 Bay Graduate Student Residence

The purpose of this Supplier Qualification is to establish a list of qualified proponents seeking to provide integrated institutional services to McMaster University at 10 Bay, a new graduate student residence, located at 10 Bay Street, Hamilton, Ontario.

This RFSQ is to pre-qualify Proponents who will be selected for inclusion on a pre-qualified list of Property Management services that are eligible to participate in an invitational second-stage competitive process for the provision of the Scope to the University.  It does not bind the University or constitute an offer of any nature or kind whatsoever by the University to any or all of the Proponents. This RFSQ is not a call for tenders and does not create a formal legally binding bidding process. This RFSQ does not commit the University in any way to select a Proponent, or to proceed to negotiations, or to award any agreement, and the University reserves the complete right to reject all Proposals and terminate this RFSQ process at any time. This RFSQ is not intended to create, and should not be construed as creating, any contractual relations between the University and any Proponent.


All Proponents must have obtained the RFSQ from www.Merx.com (MERX®).  Failure to have obtained the RFSQ from MERX®. will result in disqualification.
