Description
The Services are to be provided on an as, if and when requested basis and no representations, commitments or guarantees are made with respect to the timing, number or value of Service Requests that may be issued from a Standing Arrangement(s) with Contractor(s) over the Term. A Standing Arrangement established in accordance with this RSA does not grant an exclusive right to provide the Services to the Province. The Province reserves the right to procure the Services by any other means, including use of other agreements, or by other procurement or contracting methods.
The Province is seeking 10 Resources to provide Services under Standing Arrangements.
The anticipated term of each Standing Arrangement is three (3) years (the "Term"). Each Standing Arrangement will contain an option to extend whereby the Province reserves the right, at its sole option, to extend the Standing Arrangement for up to three (3) additional periods of one (1) year each.
