This RFQ is an invitation to qualify for the provision of general contracting services for the construction of the Ntamtqen Snm’a?m’aya?tn Elementary School for the Lower Similkameen Indian Band.

The proposed project generally entails:
• A new elementary school (1159.8 m2).
• On-site and off-site development.
• Landscaping.
• Water service (domestic and fire).
• Tie-in to existing septic sewer system.
• Power and communications.
