    Defence Construction Canada – Request for Proposals (RFP) for Smart Building Program – Regional Standing Offer, Atlantic Region, Project Number #MP2016- 79157

    Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for proposals from firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide “as and when required” Work specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the locations mentioned above.

    Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP.

    The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFP Documents.

    The objective of this RFP is to select one (1) Contractor, who will sign a Regional Standing Offer (SO) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $3,110,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $ 100,000.00 and $ 500,000.00.

    If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SO may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $445,000.00 for each additional period.
