The City is requesting engineering services for storm culvert revitalization at three rural locations. All three culverts are in poor condition; meaning collapse could be likely in the near future across these rural collector roads and are therefore recommended for replacement or rehabilitation, as follows:
Professional services are required to complete an evaluation of different options for revitalization of 3 storm culverts (location Maps are shown in Attachment A) and to make recommendations for the highest rated option(s) to advance to design and construction. Site access, environmental impact, depth of bury, pipe condition and surrounding infrastructure will be used to determine if a trenchless technology (such as CIPP Lining, slip lining, or pipe bursting, augering) is suitable and feasible compared to a open cut solution.

- Investigations and Studies (which could include environmental and geotechnical investigations);
- Survey;
- Preliminary and detail design services, which could include both open cut and trenchless methodologies;
- Temporary working and / or permanent easement assessments;
- Contract Administration services(optional);
- Construction services (optional); and
- Post Construction services (optional).
