Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

Objectives:
The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) requires the services of a qualified roofing Contractor to remove and dispose of the existing roofing system and install a new torch applied Modified Bitumen roofing system as per drawings and specifications.

Deliverables:

The Contractor must:

• complete all work detailed in the attached drawings and specifications.
• remove and dispose of the existing roofing system as per drawings and specifications.
• remove and dispose of all existing ballast.
• remove and reinstall all associated mechanical and electrical services as per drawings and specifications.
• supply and install a new Modified Bitumen roofing system as per drawings and specifications.

Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.

Construction Time:
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within sixteen (16) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
