    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

    General Requirements:
    The work covered under this project at Chance Harbour, located in St John county, in the province New Brunswick consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the supply and install of 2 new floating wharves anchored on steel guide pipe piles filled with concrete running parallel to our existing infrastructure. The project scope of work must follow in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and condition of this contract. In general, work under this contract consists of, but is not limited to, the following: supply and installation of 2 new treated timber floating wharves anchored to steel guide pipe piles filled with concrete as indicated on the drawings, removal and disposal of all existing timber sheathing, fender piles , ladders, wales where the new floating wharves are being installed as indicated on the drawings, supply and install new timber sheathing, fender piles , ladders, wales as indicated on our drawings.
    Contract includes mobilization and demobilization all equipment necessary to make work progress for the entire contract.
    Only items in the Unit Price Table will be measured for payment. All other work necessary to complete the contract will be considered incidental to the project and will not be measured separately for payment.

    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by October 21st , 2024.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 11 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/11/06.
