    Description

    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires retention of a Contractor to provide construction services for an HVAC project upgrade, including selective demolition and renovations. The location of the project is located at 1010 Second Street, Nelson BC. The project consists of demolition of existing walls in the FIS and exhibits space, construction of new walls in FIS and Exhibits space and installation of secure doors. The scope of work will include office space alterations, secure and general storage fit up and exam rooms fit up. Work of this Contract is restricted to Work within property lines of the site and generally within the tenant space. However, the Contractor may require access and work in other areas of the building to facilitate all Work required by the Contract documents, both within and outside the tenant space.
