Support for the development and implementation of a communications and brand strategy for the establishment of the future national drug agency (provisionally called the Canadian Drug Agency or CDA).

The Canadian Drug Agency Transition Office (CDATO) requires communications expertise in
order to plan and implement a communications and brand strategy related to the future Canadian
Drug Agency (CDA).
A comprehensive communications and brand strategy, as well as support with tactics and
delivery, is required to support the establishment of the new Agency and other relevant
organizations. The scope of the contract would include the development and execution of a
public, stakeholder and internal communications strategy, as well as the development and
execution of communications tactics, including social media approaches.
The required tasks may include but are not limited to the following: communications strategy,
communications tactics and products; and a brand strategy that conveys the role, image, and
position of the Agency, and may include a distinguishing logo, slogan, sign, symbol, or design
scheme, or combination of these.
All activities and deliverables listed above must be designed in collaboration with Health Canada
and external parties, as appropriate.
