The Standards Council of Canada (SCC) will issue one (1) contract for the development of a Gap Analysis and Recommendations Report (Report), in English and French, that will identify what is needed to ensure the quality, safety, transparency and effectiveness of mental health and substance use health apps for end users and for healthcare professionals as clinical tools, including clinical considerations and input from People with Lived and Living Experience (PWLLE) and Black Canadians, First Nations, Inuit, Metis, and people of color.

The estimated contract period will be 8 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/06/19.
