    Description

    BACKGROUND:
    The National Accommodations Directorate (Administrative Services Branch) is responsible for facility management and for modernization projects of both ISC and CIRNAC workspaces in different building located in NCR.

    Also, the National Accommodations Directorate is involved in the coordination, with PSPC, for Les Terrasses de la Chaudière (LTDLC), a multi-year revitalization of the entire complex is underway and is responsible to dismantle and dispose existing furniture and relocate employees in the NCR for the entire project schedule.

    At the same time, National Accommodations Directorate is proceeding with some refit project for office spaces in different buildings located in NCR which required dismantling, disposal and moves. Other projects in the NCR is also underway such as 200 Eglantine, Jeanne Mance Building and other will start in a near future.

    OBJECTIVE:
    To acquire the services for dismantling of office furniture, disposal of furniture, provide bins and/or /boxes, moving services (movers and all required equipment to support the movers), disconnect, reconnect and re-install IT equipment with multiple service providers to support Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) and Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) facilities management and project in the National Capital Region (NCR) that includes all departmental spaces located in Gatineau, Quebec and Ottawa, Ontario.

    Contract duration:
    The contract period will be for 3 years from the date of contract with 2 option years.

    Number of contracts:
    From this competitive process, ISC intent to award two contracts.
    Estimated level of effort: $250,000.00 per year per contract.
