The Compensation Sector – Pay (CS‐Pay) from PWGSC has a need to refresh components of its organizational structure. This
includes both organizational design and writing/updating work descriptions in light of the organization’s role within the
Government of Canada (GC), current/future business requirements, and the upcoming Program and Administration (PA)
conversion. There is also a time‐sensitive requirement to staff a number of new and existing vacancies through various
recruitment vehicles, including advertised and non‐advertised staffing processes.

The estimated contract period will be 5 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/11/01.
