    Description:
    This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Fanshawe College (the “College”) to prospective Respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Lease of Various Heavy Commercial Tractor Trucks, as further described in Appendix A – RFQ Particulars. Fanshawe College is one of the largest of the 24 Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology. The College has about 18,000 full-time students in 200 post-secondary, apprentice and adult training programs. Our Continuing Education Program involves nearly 26,000 course registrations per year. The College employs about 1,050 full-time staff and over 2,200 other than full-time staff annually.     This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

    Vehicles to be delivered by an estimated date of January 31, 2024

    Duration of Agreement:
    The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years with an option in favour of the College to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms

    At the end of the evaluation process, the College may identify one or more Suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.  See tender document(s) for further detail.
