Description
St. Jude Community Homes (SJCH) is a private non-profit organization that provides safe, affordable and permanent housing solutions for independent adults who are on their recovery journey from severe and chronic mental illness. SJCH partners with other community agencies to provide medium to low support services to these adults. SJCH is undergoing growth and expanding its staffing and overall footprint with approximately 40 staff, with 16 working in resident support program. SJCH operates 24/7 as both a landlord and support provider.
Four (4) residential apartment buildings all with self-contained units are managed by St. Jude Community Homes. The primary use of space per building includes combination of residential premise with on-site staff office (including computers, printer, phone); common/congregate areas with resident computers. The number of users will vary at each site. Security camera software (including fob setup and programming) is connected to a dedicated staff computer at each site.
St. Jude Community Homes (SJCH) needs IT support services for back-office IT infrastructure and end-user support. This is currently met through an agreement with other similar organizations through an IT managed services provider agreement. SJCH has grown in recent years and is looking for agile and responsive support to meet its needs, including direction on how to potentially leverage current tools available within the Microsoft 365 environment (e.g. AI featured tools) that would create efficiencies and alleviate administrative burdens.
The successful IT Managed services provider would assist with the creation of a longer-term IT strategic plan that would give priority direction in support of the organization’s core business in line with a fiscally responsible framework. The ongoing monitoring and management of the plan by the IT service provider would proactively administer upgrades and adapt to changes as needed.
