Description
The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (Town) is soliciting Proposals for a Contractor to provide Automatic Vehicle Locating (AVL) System Services including:
- Continuous vehicle monitoring using the existing AVL hardware installed in Town- owned fleet vehicles;
- Supply and install of new AVL hardware in new Town fleet vehicles;
- Replacement of existing AVL hardware as required; and
- On-line reporting.
This is a three (3) year Term of Contract for the period from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2027 (36 months). Two (2) additional one-year extensions may be exercised based on mutual agreement between the Town and Contractor, satisfactory Contractor performance, and availability of budget at the sole discretion of the Town.

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
