Maintenance of the HVAC (Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning) Systems at Sept-Îles airport.

Nature of the Work : 

The SERVICE PROVIDER will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, keeping up-to-date the software and optimizing the heating, ventilation and climate control systems in the terminal for the duration of the contract.

The duties must be carried out during regular business hours, between 7:30 am and 16h00.  The SERVICE PROVIDER must be able to respond to emergency or critical situations, after business hours, according to the time delays stipulated in the book of specifications.  This service must be provided 24 hours per day, 365 days a year including statutory holidays.

Due to its regular passenger transportation services, and according to Transport Canada, the Airport of  Sept-Îles is a local/regional airport. 


Period of Services:

The Contractor hereby offers to perform the work commencing on contract award, on or about September 1, 2013 and terminating on August 31, 2018.


Security Requirements :

The SERVICE PROVIDER or the SERVICE PROVIDER`S personnel who will perform the services shall, at all times during the performance of the contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) to the level of Protected « B », issued or approved by Transport Canada.


Mandatory Requirements :

- The service provider must be in business for a minimum of 5 years in the HVAC regulation field, with an industrial and institutional expertise.
- List and describe 2 projects accomplished in eco-energetic operational optimization in an industrial and/or institutional setting.


Language :

The SERVICE PROVIDER must express himself/herself in French and the documents to be presented must be in French.
