Janitorial Services RCMP Buildings on NCC official residences properties - Ottawa-Gatineau

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking the services of an experienced contractor to provide janitorial services including all labour, material and equipment for various buildings located on NCC official residences properties in Ottawa-Gatineau as described in the terms of reference. 

The contract will be for a period of one (1) year from the date of award with two (2) one-year options to extend. 

To be considered, your proposal must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on August 16, 2013 at the National Capital Commission, 3rd Floor Service Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to tender file #NG230. Faxed, email or late submissions will not be accepted.

Enquiries should be received no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. There is a public opening scheduled for August 2, 2013 in room 306 at 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa shortly after 3 p.m.
