Jackets, Blue, Male & Female, All Ranks

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 430 Jackets, Blue, Male & Female, All Ranks.

In addition, there is an “as and when requested” quantity of up to 30 made-to-measure Jackets (specials) for males, as well as an “as and when requested” quantity of up to 10 made-to-measure Jackets (specials) for females. These specials can be ordered within 36 months of contract award. 

This requirement includes an “as and when requested” quantity of up to 50 regular sized Jackets, Blue, Male & Female, All Ranks (flexible stock), which can be ordered within 24 months of contract award. 

This requirement also includes an optional quantity of 150 Jackets, Blue, Male & Female, All Ranks which can be exercised within 12 months of contract award. 

All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. Firm quantities are requested to be delivered 45 days following approval of the pre-production samples.
 
This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-358 dated 2013-06-12, patterns and viewing sample. Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.

The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample.

This requirement is subject to AIT but is exempt from NAFTA and WTO-AGP, FSC-84.

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods. 

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.

Government available material must be purchased for this requirement at the cost stated in the RFP document. 

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
