Professional Services – Health and Disability Management Program

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for professional services with specialized expertise in Occupational Health and Safety.  The Contractor shall provide disability management program design on an as and when required basis to assist with the design of a new Health and Disability Management Program.


The resulting Contract shall be from contract award to December 31st, 2014.

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional six (6) month option period(s).


A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation; meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria and obtain the minimum score of 70% on the point rated criteria to be considered responsive.

The mandatory criteria are as follows: 

•	The proposed resource must have a minimum of five years demonstrated experience within the last seven years developing Disability Management programs for public and private sector clients. 

•	The proposed resource must have a minimum of five years demonstrate experience in the development and delivery of Disability Management educational programs and courses.


The successful contractor will be required to be security cleared at the level of RCMP Facility Access as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).


This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization  - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
