    Description
    The Project:
    Her Majesty as represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development (DFATD) has initiated a relocation of its Embassy in Brussels which is located at Avenue Tervuren 2, Brussels, Belgium. The Department has obtained market information and has completed a preliminary feasibility study. The study is recommending pursuing a purchase solution; however a lease option could still be considered.
    	Scope of Work: 
    	This contract will consist of two mandates: 
    	1) Mandate 1 – Consultation services: provide consultation service and investigation of available properties for consideration by DFATD and;
    	2) Mandate 2 – Broker services: if and when Treasury Board of Canada approves the project, the contractor will provide broker services to finalise the transaction of the recommended option. 
    
    1.0 Requirement
    	
    	Contractor will prepare a report identifying a list of properties meeting the program requirements as described in the Statement of Works. A draft report should be available for review by the Departmental Representative within 15 days of execution of this service contract. Upon approval by the Departmental Representative, the Contractor will finalise the report and organise an inspection of the short listed properties by DFATD project team. If and when Treasury Board of Canada approves the project, the Contractor will provide brokerage service on the recommended option in order to finalise the transaction.
    
    2.0 Experience Required
    
    •	The Proponent must have a current office in Brussels, Belgium.
    •	Adequate corporate experience consists of five (5) recent projects of the same size and scope or an equivalent combination of larger and smaller projects. 
    •	Adequate experience of proposed personnel consists of five (5) years of recent professional experience in a similar role and completion of three (3) recent projects of same size and scope or an equivalent combination of larger and smaller projects. 
    
    3.0 RFP Documents From GETS:
    	
    Proponents shall order from GETS the Request for Proposals documents which include the RFP Invitation.
    
    4.0 Selection Process: 
    
    The selection process is a one-stage competitive process wherein Proponents are invited to respond to this RFP and submit information relating to technical and price proposals. The proposals will be evaluated and scored as described within the RFP documents. The price proposal shall consist of a fixed price for mandate 1 and a percentage price for mandate 2. Should Her Majesty elect to proceed with a contract, the Proponent with the highest score will be awarded the Contract. 
    
    In case of discrepancies between this Notice and the Request For Proposals documents, the Request For Proposals documents shall take precedence.
