    Spray River/ Goat Creek Bridge
    
    Supply all necessary labour, material and equipment to complete demolition and removal of existing abutments, disassemble and re-erect
    existing truss bridge on new micro-piles abutments. Construction of approach ramps and realignment of existing gravel trails as required to tie into new bridge alignment in Banff National Park, Banff Alberta.
    
    Supply and install erosion protection(Gabions and Rip Rap)during the spring/fall fisheries window 2014. 
    
    Closing Date: March 27, 2014; 2:00 pm (MT)
    
    There will be a site visit on Thursday December 12, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at the Parks Canada Operations Compound. The site is only accessible by helicopter, therefore Parks Canada will provide helicopter from the Compound to the site. 
    There is only seating capacity for 6 people at a time, therefore it is necessary that the attendees are limited to only one member per company and attendance must be confirmed by contacting the Contract Officer, Rose Marino at 403-760-1319 no later than 4:00 PM, December 11, 2013.  
    
    National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
    
    Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
    
    Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than ten (10) working days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
