    Description of Work: Parks Canada, in collaboration with the Kivalliq Inuit Association, requires the development of innovative, community-focused Inuit Tourism Strategies for each of the five communities associated with Ukkusiksalik National Park located in the Kivalliq Region of Nunavut. The Inuit Tourism Strategy is included in Article 12, Part 5 of the Inuit Impact and Benefit Agreement (IIBA) for Ukkusiksalik National Park. 
    
    The five communities requiring development of Inuit Tourism Strategies are: Repulse Bay, Coral Harbour, Baker Lake, Chesterfield Inlet and Rankin Inlet.
    
    Closing Date and Time: May 15 2014, 2:00 Eastern Time
    
    National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
    
    Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

    Delivery Date: The Work must be completed as per milestone schedule and within 13 months of contract award
