MHC wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor to develop, design and conduct bilingual employee engagement surveys to CMHC employees. The vendor will prepare Corporate, regional, sector and functional results reports containing results by question, demographic, key driver and other breakdown requested by CMHC. In addition, the successful proponent will prepare an executive summary with key findings, conclusions and recommendations as well as a presentation to Senior Management after each survey. The initial term of this contract is expected to be for 3 years with the potential for 2, 1-year renewal options. The annual value of this contract is expected to range from $75K- $115K, including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on May 30, 2014. Submission Deadline Mandatory Your proposal must be received at the exact location as specified in the Request For Proposal (RFP) on or before the submission deadline set as: 2:00 p.m., local Ottawa time, on May 30, 2014.
