Architectural & Engineering Design and Construction Services for the RCMP Cell Retrofit located in Chateh, Vermillion, Rocky Mountain House and High Prairie, Alberta

Work under this contract will involve, but is not limited to the following for the Royal Canadian
Mounted Police (RCMP): Architectural & Engineering Design and Constructio Services for the upgrade of the existing cells in various locations in Alberta as outlined in accordance with the Statement of Work detailed in Annex A. 
The Contractor and their staff MUST be security cleared by the RCMP prior to the Contract being awarded.  

The Contractor may be required to provide Contract Financial Security before award.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
