Description
Professional translation and editing services of Arabic to English for both written text and audio/video recordings. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS All personnel must have secret clearance prior to contract award. PERIOD OF CONTRACT The services will be required to be performed for one year from the contract award date with four irrevocable options to extend the Contract period. Each option is for an additional period of one year. EVALUATION PROCEDURES The evaluation of proposals will be performed in four stages as follows: Stage 1 – Mandatory Requirements Stage 2 – Point Rated Requirements Stage 3 – Financial Proposals Stage 4 – Other Pre-Award Conditions MANDATORY CRITERIA The Bidder must meet all mandatory criteria applicable to this solicitation. Bids not meeting all mandatory criteria will be given no further consideration. POINT RATED CRITERIA Point-rated criteria not addressed in the bid will result in a score of zero being assigned against that particular criterion. CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY The CRA will award one (1) Contract based on the selection methodology of highest combined rating of technical merit and price score.
