    Provision of Psychologist services to the RCMP in Alberta and Northwest Territories.  Work will be based out of ‘K’ Division, Edmonton, Alberta, with periodic travel throughout Alberta & Yellowknife, NT.
    Tendering Procedures:  All interested suppliers may submit a bid
    Completive Procurement Strategy:  Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (60%) and Price (40%).
    The work falls under the Tlicho Land Claim Agreement.
    The work is exempt from the international trade agreements.

    NATURE OF REQUIREMENT:
    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police require the services of one (1) psychologist within ‘K’ Division, Edmonton.  The work will be based out of ‘K’ Division Edmonton, AB, with periodic travel throughout Alberta and Yellowknife, NT. Requirements are in accordance with the Statement of Work detailed in the Invitation To Tender Document in Annex A.  The initial requirement is for a 24 month period with two (2) additional 12 month option periods.
    
    EVALUATION PROCEDURES
    Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation.  An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
    
    BASIS OF SELECTION
    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit (60%) and price (40%) will be recommended for contract award.
    
    DEBRIEFINGS
    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process.  Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.  The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
