RFSO – Landscape Architecture – National Parks and Historic Sites in the province of Saskatchewan and Manitoba

Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the provision of Landscape Architecture services on an “as and when requested” basis mainly for projects in National Parks and Historic Parks in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The services may include site investigation, planning, design and construction supervision for various types of landscape architecture projects. 

Proponents shall be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in the province of Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

It is Parks Canada's intention to authorize four (4) Standing Offers for a period of three (2) years with an option available to the Crown to extend the Standing Offers for three (3) additional years. The total dollar value of the Standing Offer is estimated to be $8,000,000.00 (GST/QST Included). Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offer will be called-up; PCA will award call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.
