STATEMENT OF WORK Works include the painting of the roof metal sheeting (± 4000 m2) of the Main Building of the Normandin Research Farm and the re-roofing of the flat roof sections with modified bituminous membranes (± 300m2) OPTIONAL SITE VISIT A site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 9th, 2015 at 9h30AM at the Normandin Experimental Farm, 1468 Saint-Cyrille street, Normandin (Québec) G8M 4K3. Offerors who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation and will be posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. PERIOD OF CONTRACT From Date of award until August 28th, 2015.
