Description
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) requires a contractor to replace the existing ferry landing float and adjacent dock on Granville Island, Vancouver, British Colombia. The contractor will provide all labour, materials, and resources to replace the existing timber landing float and adjacent concrete dock with new buoyancy-foam filled concrete floats as well as the removal and disposal of the existing timber float and concrete float and temporary storage of the existing ferry kiosk. The work under this contract is expected to be completed within 10 months with an anticipated value not exceeding $400K. Bids must be received at the exact location as specified in the ITT document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on July 10, 2014. Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
