Description
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA), is seeking bids to develop a multi-mission Antenna Reservation System (ARS) to fulfill the need for ground satellite antenna resource management in the context of a multi-mission satellite control centre. The ARS is a hub that will allow various missions to order antenna time from various ground stations facilities.
