RFSO – Trail Consulting Services – National Parks, National Historic Sites, National Marine Conservations Areas and National Urban Parks in all Canadian Provinces.

Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is inviting Trail consulting firms to submit proposals for Standing Offers for the
provision of expert trail consultation and facilitation services. This procurement will follow a one phase submission
process. The selected Consultants shall provide a range of services including, but not limited to: trail visioning and
conceptual planning; quality assurance inspections; trail sustainability, user enjoyment, risk and trail classification
assessments; and advanced trail education. One or a combination of these services can be offered at any of Parks
Canada sites across the country and will require the Consultant to engage with park stakeholders, volunteers, Parks
Canada staff and First Nations.

Proponents must demonstrate a minimum of 48 months of experience in delivering consultation and facilitation
services to groups and/or public agencies since January 1, 2010.

It is Parks Canada's intention to authorize ten (10) Standing Offers for a period of two (2) years with an option available to the Crown to extend the Standing Offers for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. The total dollar value of the Standing Offer is estimated to be $800,000.00 (GST/QST Included). Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offer will be called-up; PCA will award call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.
