Work under this Contract is comprised of the following: • rehabilitation of select concrete areas on the east lock wall and downstream east and west abutments and replacement of the lower east approach wall at Lock 23 Otonabee, located at 3855 Nassau Mills Road, County Road 32, Concession 8&9 Duoro, Township, ON, K9J 6Y1; and further identified as Lock 23. • rehabilitation of select concrete areas on the east downstream abutment and replacement of the downstream east and west approach walls at Lock 24, Douro, located at 4052 River Road, L11, C8 Douro Township; and further identified as Lock 24. The contractor shall complete the work by April 30, 2016. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $2,000,000 to $3,000,000 (HST extra). Site Meeting: There will be a site visit on Wednesday, August 5th , 2015 at 10:00am. Bidders are asked to meet at Lock 23, 3855 Nassau Mills Road, County Road 32 Douro-Dummer Township. This is the second lock station north of Trent University in the City of Peterborough.
