NATURE OF REQUIREMENTS STATEMENT OF WORK To update and replace the building automation system and software for the Atlantic Cool Climate Crops Research Centre (ACCCRC) in St. John’s, NL. The work involves supplying and installing a new DDC building automation system for buildings 25, 38 and 39. MANDATORY SITE VISIT A site visit will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 1:00PM NDT at the Atlantic Cool Climate Crops Research Centre (ACCCRC). 308 Brookfield Road, St. John’s, NL, A1E 0B2. The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted. PERIOD OF CONTRACT From Date of award until January 29, 2016. TENDER PERIOD CLOSING DATE AND TIME September 3, 2015 at 02:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time). SECURITY REQUIREMENT No security requirement LANGUAGE Services will be rendered in English.
