Intent

The Government of Canada is seeking Letters of Interest from interested companies that have the capacity, capability and availability to provide a Managed Clothing Solution on behalf of Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada.

The purpose of this posting is to provide the Government of Canada with a list of interested companies who can fulfill the requirements described below.

Requirements

Interested companies must have the capability to provide an end-to-end managed clothing solution with a proven logistics capacity.

A proven logistics capacity is defined as:

1. Extensive experience in sourcing a diversified range of clothing and footwear items;

2. A supply chain that includes multiple suppliers of clothing and footwear items;

3. Proven capacity to track inventory in a wide range of clothing and footwear items;

4. A proven track record of delivering clothing and footwear items to all regions of Canada;

5. A minimum of 100,000 sq. ft. of warehouse / distribution space;

6. A staff of at least 100 employees dedicated to the logistics field.
