Description
The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor(s) for the design, launch, implementation, delivery and evaluation of an Employee Recognition Program that will support and enhance CMHC’s corporate objective to foster a healthy organizational environment founded on corporate values. The Employee Recognition Program will serve as an important vehicle to advance organizational priorities, articulate corporate values within a culture of recognition, promote desired behaviours and, facilitate effective recognition practices.
The initial term of this contract is expected to be for 3 years, with the option to renew at CMHC's discretion for 2 subsequent one-year renewal options. The annual value of this contract is expected to be $281,272 first year to $216,272 subsequent years, including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on December 22, 2015.
