Description
Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) requires the services of aquatic biological consultant(s) to develop comprehensive guides describing the environmental regulatory regime within the Provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. One (1) guide will be developed for each province. These documents will be used by Canada and the provinces for the coordination of projects reviews being proposed in or near water.
The consultant(s) must develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations in English to DFO and Provincial staff on this guide. These presentations must be delivered through WebEx or similar type format.
