Description
EC requires the services of a contractor to develop recommendations on criteria for placing instruments to conduct various types of ambient air quality monitoring under the National Air Pollution surveillance (NAPS) program. In addition to scoping placement of monitoring stations, the contract will analyze emissions data and recommend optimal site locations. The work is expected to be completed by March 31, 2016.
