Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada requires International Building Assessments services for its missions around the world.
The closing date of this Request for Supply Arrangement is Monday April 11th, 2016 at 02:00PM EDT (UTC-04).
A bidders' conference (optional) will be held at 219 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa on March 9, 2016. The conference will begin at 09:00AM EST (UTC-05), in 12th floor, room 12-1264. The scope of the requirement outlined in the RFSA will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered. It is recommended that Suppliers who intend to submit an Arrangement attend or send a representative.
Suppliers are requested to communicate with the Supply Arrangement Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. Suppliers should provide, in writing, to the Supply Arrangement Authority, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table no later than March 4, 2016.
Suppliers who cannot attend in person can join the conference over the phone by dialing 613- 960-7510 or (toll free) 1-877-413-4781, conference identification number (ID): 4822829.
This requirement contains mandatory security requirements at the “Reliability Status” level.
Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid documents through the GETS service provider at http://Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Firms that obtain bid documents from a source other than the official site run the risk of not receiving a complete package.
