Description
CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a proponent who will provide uniformed security guard services. The services are required for the Granville Island site which covers 15.2 hectares (37.6 acres) of land, 19 buildings managed by CMHC, and 2.1 hectares (5.3 acres) of tidal water area and will require patrols 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Proponent will provide all security staff, in accordance with CMHC’s outlined requirements, to manage the day-to-day security needs of Granville Island including supervision of all staff required to maintain security, and to work with authorized CMHC personnel to resolve any security issues that may arise in the course of the contract.
The term of this contract is expected to be for 4 years with an annual value expected to range from $380,000.00 - $400,000.00, including all applicable taxes.
Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on March 23,2016.
