RFSO – Architectural Consulting Services, Various National Parks in Alberta and British Columbia

Requirement:

Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is inviting Architecture consulting firms to submit proposals for Standing Offer for the provision of architecture services, prime consultant services with full engineering services. The successful consultants shall provide a full range of professional services in Design, Construction and Post Construction stages for the projects in the

Proponents shall be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta.

Project Timeline:

It is PCA’s intention to authorize up to seven (7) Standing Offers, for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer, with an additional three (3), one year periods.

The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $20,000,000.00 (GST/HST Included).

Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offer will be called-up; PCA will award call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.

Information:

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Canada retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
