Description
The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH)is currently using manual paper based processes to obtain signatures on financial documents. They wish to move towards electronic authorizations for both pre and post authorization. They require a project manager to take the organizations from paper to electronic authorizations. This includes all associated workflows and the content management server set up. The services will support the Procure to Pay (P2P) project.
