    201701986 – Construction-Renovations-Duplex Conversion, Norway House, Manitoba

    Requirement

    The purpose of this project is for renovations of existing duplex house located in Norway House, Manitoba. The work includes; labour, materials and shipping of materials, in accordance with the Contract documents and as per Specifications. The existing duplex to be renovated and converted into a four plex unit all work to be duplicated in two locations in basement of existing duplex. The work will involve, but not be limited to: demolition and construction.

    Work is to be completed by March 31st, 2017.

    INQUIRIES: All enquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature, are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Penny Maillard, by email only at penny.maillard@rcmp-grc.gc.ca .

    Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

    Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
