Prosser’s Rock, St-John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment, and material for electrical upgrades in St. John’s – Prosser’s Rock, NL. The work will be completed in strict accordance with the specifications and accompanying drawings, and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract.
The project work will consist of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:
- Demolition of existing components to accommodate the new installation (removal of receptacles, removal of navigation light/base, demolition of concrete to accommodate new poles, excavation for new electrical manhole, etc.).
- Trenching and reinstatement of concrete and asphalt to accommodate the new work.
All electrical work as outlined on the electrical drawings including wiring, conduit, pedestals, pull boxes, poles, service, panels, fixtures, etc., for a complete installation.
EXPECTED START AND COMPLETION DATES
The services of the Contractor will be commencing upon contract award. The expected completion date of this project is January 31st, 2017.
